Wellinder orders are shipped internationally from South Korea. We currently ship to Singapore only.
Delivery times and courier services may vary depending on local courier coverage, customs clearance, public holidays, weather, service disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Any estimated delivery time provided on our website or at checkout is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Depending on the shipment value, shipping method, and applicable Singapore regulations, import GST or handling fees may apply. Where such charges are applicable and have not already been collected at checkout, they are generally the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Wellinder.
Wellinder is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional costs, or customs issues caused by local customs procedures, unpaid import charges, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

08Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Unopened, unused products that are sealed in their original packaging and in a resalable condition may be eligible for return for personal reasons within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund due to personal preference or change of mind. This does not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we recommend contacting us within the period stated in our Return & Refund Policy with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Return shipping costs, original shipping charges, and any applicable deductions are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Wellinder 订单从韩国进行国际配送。我们目前仅向新加坡提供配送服务。

网站或结算页面提供的预计送达时间仅为估计值，并非保证送达日期。
根据货件价值、配送方式及新加坡适用的相关规定，订单可能产生进口消费税（GST）或相关处理费用。如适用相关费用，且未在结账时预先收取，除非法律另有规定或 Wellinder 明确说明，否则通常由顾客承担。
